Additional Services

Hazardous Location Classification

“The increasing use of a wide variety of chemicals, many of which introduce problems other than flammability, led to the need for a simple Hazard Identification System.

Hazardous locations can also be described as those locations where electrical equipment might be installed and which, by their nature, might present a condition that could become explosive if the elements for ignition are present.

The primary step in recognition of danger is the classification of a plant into zones in which the probability of the existence of a flammable atmosphere is broadly assessed. This procedure is known as area classification.”*

Our Experienced Team has a track record of more than 10 Years of working with our Petro-Chemical Clients, in producing the relevant Hazard Identification System Drawings
